For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date and time at no additional charge. - **No Refund After Check-In:** Once your pet has checked in and the service has commenced, we do not offer any refunds. In case your pet needs it, you can request the Pet bath service, which will help keep your pet clean and comfortable during their stay. Your dog must be free of fleas and ticks. Bring enough food and any medication your pet may need during their stay. Ensure your pet has clear and updated identification for prevention. If your pet has behavioral issues or needs special attention, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements. Bring your pet with a suitable leash and collar. Do not bring valuable or dangerous items that could harm your pet or other animals. Communicate any changes in your pet's contact details or schedule as soon as possible.
