  • Basic rules before bringing your pet
Provide comprehensive information about your pet's health and behavior before bringing them to the daycare. Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations and has their corresponding license. Bring enough food and any medication your pet may need during their stay. Ensure your pet has clear and updated identification for prevention. If your pet has behavioral issues or needs special attention, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements. Bring your pet with a suitable leash and collar. The pet should be bathed before bringing them to the daycare to ensure they are clean and odor-free. This helps maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for everyone at the daycare. In case your pet needs it, you can request the Pet bath service, which will help keep your pet clean and comfortable during their stay at the daycare. Do not bring valuable or dangerous items that could harm your pet or other animals. Communicate any changes in your pet's contact details or schedule as soon as possible.
  • Hygiene rules
Make sure your pet is clean and free of fleas and ticks before bringing them. If your pet needs a bath during their stay, you can ensure to add the service when making your reservation. If your pet has any medical issues that may affect their hygiene, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements. If your pet has diarrhea or is vomiting, please notify us immediately so we can clean and disinfect the area properly. Do not bring dirty or smelly toys, as they can affect the hygiene of other animals. If your pet has a contagious health issue, is bleeding, or is in heat, please do not bring them until they are fully recovered. If you notice any signs of illness in your pet, please do not bring them and contact us for further guidance. Help us maintain good hygiene by following these rules and communicating any concerns you may have.
