Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Refund Policy:** At Puppies Life, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancelling or rescheduling a booking. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. - **Cancellation and Refund:** To receive a full refund, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the booking. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date and time at no additional charge. - **Booking Rules:** By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following rules: 1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet, including vaccination history. 2. Pay the required deposit to secure your pet's booking. 3. Respect our operating hours and agreed-upon drop-off and pick-up times. 4. Communicate any changes to your booking plans as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. 3. **Pet Behavior:** You understand that your pet must behave in a friendly and socially acceptable manner while in our daycare. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt services if we consider your pet to pose a danger to other animals or people.

4. **Damages or Injuries:** While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss of property that may occur during your pet's stay at our daycare.
